RUNNING FOR FAT-BURNING – GETTING LEAN with Ben & Dan Pt 1
Explaining how bodybuilders and fitness models can use running as part of their fatburning programme, here bodybuilder Dan takes on fitness model and personal trainer Ben – in an outdoor session which is designed to keep the heart rate up over a period of time in order to burn fat. Rather than do their cardio on a running machine, these two fitness athletes go for a series of competitive challenges, starting with 200m against the clock. This is not about speed – it’s simply a way of keeping the heart rate up to achieve maxiumum fat burning. It’s part of a two hour session that includes 100m, 50m, tyre flipping and abs circuit – which you can see in the video responses below. PLEASE NOTE – WHILE IT’S ALWAYS INTERESTING TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHO CAN RUN FASTER THAN THESE GUYS, THIS VIDEO IS NOT ABOUT SPEED – IT’S ABOUT USING RUNNING TO RAISE THE HEART RATE FOR BURNING FAT. @TheBenchKid well obviously if your genetics aren’t as good, you are genetically inferior for bodybuilding. I know I have shit genetics for it, but acknowledging that in no way reduces the effort I put in.
@TheBenchKid probably the more long guy must be in 6-7% body fat, and the host by 10%.

@Satitup its actually all about genetics. Ever heard of fast twich muscles, and slow twich muscles, … also muscle types that people have: A1, A2, B1, B2

@LeGenDarYxGOCAx you are actually the dumb ass. Did you not read what he said? Genetics don’t matter, yes you did provide some research but muscle types don’t really matter. People just have to get up off their asses and get some exercise. That’s how it happens.

@justkilledit21 Some don’t have to. Some people have bigger frames and therefore look bigger, or they’re short and big framed etc.
