Heart rate training is crucial if you want to track and measure your improvements. Leslie Grosshauser is a past National Aerobic Champion, a past Mast Presenter/Trainer for FreeMotion Fitness, and a certified Group Exercise Instructor/Personal Trainer of 25 years.
